I've been preparing to apply in category 2174 but I see the cap has been reached.

1. What about the people whose applications reached CIC after the cap was reached? Will they get refund and application package sent back to them?
2. Any update on whether there is any plan to extend the cap for any particular quota before May 3, 2014?

The Cap is full better luck next year. Once Cap is reached further applications will be returned back without charged.There will be no Quota extension for any NOC.

Finally I received my AOR from NDVO today morning at 9:36 AM IST which is dated 5th Sept 2013......I am the last to receive AOR with the same PER dated members on this forum.....Bhagwan ke Ghar Dher Hain Par Andher Nahin.......Thank You God and may you Shower your blessings on all the members of this forum who are waiting for their PER/AOR/MR-PCC requests and finally visa. I believe they replied to your email query or automated reply?

I have no idea about the reason. Havent received the package back yet. I am filling up the application again. Got all the docs again.
