I came across a rejection reason for few applicants where the comment is
"Self Attested duties rejected by CIC"
In my case also, I have following to state
for my noc 0211 all the job duties I performed come across as indicated in requirement by my superiors/Department heads on company's letter head, but for 2 of my jobs in year 2002/2005 I have submitted self attested oath stating the reason why I am not able to submit my job duties:
1. Company management changed with no records of my candidature in the new management
2. Company split in 2 and the same causes my joint duty to not be attested by any one HR.

In both these cases my job duties are not of 0211. And I have submitted other relevant papers of these companies i.e. salary slip, job offer etc.
Do I stand a chance of return or acceptance by CIC. Asking out of curiosity and fear. I believe there should not be an issue as these do not relate to my noc but do relate to my past 10 years of experience.

Your answer is important, please reply.

There would not be any issue. Your Application will be through.

Dear

As per my opinion it shouldn't effect your application. The CIC want to check that your NOC duties must be same as per their requirement. Don't worry

Thanks

Dear Members,

With god grace morning 09 25 hours new delhi time, I received my AOR email from NDVO.

PDF dating 05-Sep-13

Admins kindly update same in spreadsheet.

Regards,
Rachmbs

Congratulation dear....

Nobody knows actually from this forum, guys and gals here are just giving an assumptions based from what they observed from the spreadsheet and from own experiences but there is no way that you will take it seriously. What I can suggest is to think positive and just pray to Almighty that you can make it to the cap, but to give you as if we know exactly is far from details CIC guys have.

Hay neel-here,
CIC is not interfering in your personal matters. see they want to confirm that do you have liquid amount of @ six month (jobless) expences in canada? thats it.

it is not mandatory that you settle all your liability before moving to canada. you can repay your EMI form canada also

Agreed. Most people would rent out their house/houses if they decide not to sell initially. The mortgage should be easy to pay from Canada with the benefit of online banking and standing orders.

Waiting for the CAP update today!!!!
