Dear All,

Would you please response if any applicant from 2013 got any confirmation mail or anything from CIC ?
I had applied on Mid June 2013, still didn't hear anything from CIC.
I was supposed to be inside CAP. Now very much tensed as can't track my application update.
Is there any way to check my application status?

Based on your experience, can you please suggest

1. If someone send the application for 0211 now and application reach CIC within this week, what are the chances that his/her application will be within CAP
2. What do you expect that by what time CAP 0211 will be filled

Sorry man... its highly unpredictable. the application flow is so random on the forum & global inflows is unknown
Best approach send your Application and forget about it for 70 days

You may be within CAP(chances are less but), what I advise if you have everything ready submit asap, nothing to loose than courier charge.

Can you please also suggest that from worksheet for 2147 ( for example ) CAP filled on 21/8/13 but last form charged on 30/5/13. Does it mean that all forms received by 21/8 were included in CAP? Some of all the forms mights have been rejected so how you guys came to know that CAP filled on 21/8 and if a form included in CAP not charged what might be teh reason?

I came across a rejection reason for few applicants where the comment is
"Self Attested duties rejected by CIC"
In my case also, I have following to state
for my noc 0211 all the job duties I performed come across as indicated in requirement by my superiors/Department heads on company's letter head, but for 2 of my jobs in year 2002/2005 I have submitted self attested oath stating the reason why I am not able to submit my job duties:
1. Company management changed with no records of my candidature in the new management
2. Company split in 2 and the same causes my joint duty to not be attested by any one HR.

In both these cases my job duties are not of 0211. And I have submitted other relevant papers of these companies i.e. salary slip, job offer etc.
Do I stand a chance of return or acceptance by CIC. Asking out of curiosity and fear. I believe there should not be an issue as these do not relate to my noc but do relate to my past 10 years of experience.

Your answer is important, please reply.

Finally I received my AOR from NDVO today morning at 9:36 AM IST which is dated 5th Sept 2013......I am the last to receive AOR with the same PER dated members on this forum.....Bhagwan ke Ghar Dher Hain Par Andher Nahin.......Thank You God and may you Shower your blessings on all the members of this forum who are waiting for their PER/AOR/MR-PCC requests and finally visa. Thank You God.
