Hello All,
I am 21 June applicant for 2132. I did not have any update till now for charge of my DD. Can somebody please send me update...... how to get some information regarding the status my file...

But what if some of the required funds had been borrowed from someone at the time of application and returned later, but to meet the required mark the funds have again been deposited in the account in instalments over a small period of time. Would that be considered genuine?

I totally understand your consideration. As CIC have no control over your bank account and it has no way to find the source of money which is deposited in your account, it asks applicants to provide a bank statement for a reasonable amount of time (let's say 6 months) which would be taken as a proof. The statement proves that you can afford cost of living for yourself and your family members in the first year after settlement if you struggle to find a proper job.

I think they are very strict about the rules they have set for FSWP, so just to be on the safe side and to avoid nightmares, it is highly advised to secure the minimum required amount in your bank account until you get your PR. To find a definite answer we need to consult with someone from previous years' applicants who received PR without showing enough money in his/her account.

i have just now seen the excle sheet. 2132 of 24th June is charged and my file is of 21st June but not received any update.......


just wanted to know that file is still under review? as i have tried to call my credit card company and they told that CIC has not tried to deduct the money from my account.

Every visa office may request for proof of financial status (bank statement for 6 months). It may vary case to case for duplicate request before MR.

Yes but so far its the CPP-O that has been making such request. The guys from Hong Kong that received medical requests were not asked. Even there is a fellow in another forum from South Africa that has gone through the whole process and got his passport stamped with visa he was not asked. So far the three people that have reported here who received medical requests with accompanying request for 6 months bank statement r from CPP-O

I suggest you create a profile on passortseva site. Login in to your profile, download the application PDF file then fill every thing and follow the process as mentioned to save it. Upload it, then submit and then go to passportseva kendra by 9:30 AM and no appointment is required for PCC.

I know they are asking for the reason before issuing PCC. Try this simple solution. Take the printout of the "Document Checklist" and highlight the point asking for PCC and say you are applying for immigration.. I am sure it will be done.. (I did the same ........ lol)

You have to mention in the PCC application form itself for which country it is required and they will mention the same on PCC they issue. Also they will stamp on a page of your passport and mention the country for which PCC is issued. So not worry much just fill in the application and go to seva kendra with documents.

Who said that the time you are charged you are within the 300 cap ? How do you know that the dates in excel sheets match with the numbers on CIC ? Unless you get a rejection notice from cic you are still in the game !

hey you r from which city in Gujarat... I have applied in Ahmedabad but they asking for a letter from VO of PCC requirement.... So haven't sent with application...
