Thanks for the link. I'm almost certainly going to miss the cap this year but hopefully as a native Englsh speaker with over 10 years experience, I might have some success in an expression of interest category.

Provided 2147 will be one of the NOCs in the EOI. Nothing is for certain as to which NOCs will be added to the EOI system.

Fair point. Most of us have experience in 2-3 NOCs but yes, no one knows which will be added. Someone posted an article last week about computer engineers being in demand in Canada. Hopefully CIC is listening.

I am referring to the below note updated on the CIC Site. But NOC 2174 is exception for this note.

Note by CIC : Due to the large number of applications we get, we cannot check that each one is complete on the same day it gets to the office. The numbers on this page are updated at least once a week, but are only a guide.
