hello seniors....any thoughts on when july last week applicants can expect per email for noc-civil engineers.....now that 2131/2132/2147 being hot.....do we still need to wait as per normal trend of around 80days to know the result...or we can expect some thing before .

I have not received any mail CIO yet.
But the ECAS status Shows that "In Process: We have received your application for PR on June 14th, 2013"

What Does it Means.. ???

Thank you for your comments. I should have considered Australia insteaay be I should start looking into that. In your opinion, about when should I expect a response from Immigration Canada? Early February? Thanks.

You can expect a response from them around 2.5 months from the date your app was received by them. Hope this helps you. After 2 months, you can even send them an email query on the whereabouts of your application.

Why no one claimed CC/DD charge in NOC 2147 after 24th June? Please don't wait to get PER and then to write when were you charged, it means a lot for July applicants to follow CIC charging time.

I am not getting this either. Seems like last week was one of the slowest week in terms of CIC's progress. I also hope that our fellow 2147 applicants are not reporting the admins about the fee and waiting until they receive PER. There is no way that 2147 has reached the cap by June 24th. That would be simply unbelievable.

I recd mail today from CIC that my file was returned on 08 Aug as Incomplete m so much depressed my IELTS also expiring next month so if want to reapply i had to give IELTS also and wait for result. Pls admins update my status in spreadsheet

Yes Mdharis is correct. They are introducing Express Of Interest where in Applications need to submit the application to CIC and their profiles will be updated in a Data Base. Then employers from all over Canada will hire respective applicant as per their requirement and in the next stage they will issue a letter which you need to submit with CIC and your PR will be processed. It is almost updated version of permanent job offer from a Canadian employer PR Category.
