Medical request and RPRF

Hi everyone,

For those who are awaiting MR, this is what you can expect.

I received two E mails on 6th Sep one for MR and and the other for Settlement of Funds and payment of RPRF from CPPO (Ottawa) which is my visa office.

The first E mail is on Medical request. It had an enclosed pdf file containing two pages. The first page as quoted below explained how and where I should get my Medical done which has to be completed within 60 days. The second page is the actual Medical Report (Form IMM 1017E protected) with my name and other particulars including bar code of IMIE number printed to be taken to the Doctors office.

The contents of the first page is:

QUOTE:

Medical Examination Instructions

IMM 1017 E (12-2012) GCMS
These medical instructions are being issued since your application has been processed to the stage
where medical examination results are now required. Please read these instructions carefully.

IMPORTANT: You are required to undergo the medical examinations within 60 days of the date of this
letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.
The medical examination must be performed by a doctor from the CIC list of Panel Physicians.
You cannot choose your family doctor if his or her name is not on this list. See the list of Panel Physicians to
find a doctor in your area at CIC web site xxxxxxxx
Once you identify a panel physician in your area, book an appointment for your medical examination.
When you schedule your appointment, please ensure that arrangements are made for your chest x-ray
and laboratory tests as well. Once your medical has been completed the doctor will forward the medical
results to CIC.

Any costs related to the medical examination are your responsibility and are payable at the time of the
examination. Should your application be refused following the completion of your medical examination
these costs will not be refunded.

Please bring the following to your appointment:
- The attached Medical Report form (IMM1017E)
- Proper identification (proof of identity must include at least one government-issued document
with photograph and signature, such as a passport or national identity card)
- Eye glasses or contact lenses, if worn
- Any medical reports or test results that you may have as a result of previous or existing
medical conditions
- Four recent photographs (photos are not required if the panel physician is listed as “eMedical
enabled” on the CIC website listed above)

Note: It is important that you inform the panel physician of any previous or existing medical conditions.
Failure to do so will delay the processing of your medical examination.

Dear Members,

My file reached to june 24 to CIC but i have not yet received any CC Charge or PER, i have two questions in my mind,

1. In Schedule 3 Class, section 12.a i h vae written two NOC, one for 2132 & Other is 0211 ( i know i should not...) will it going to have any impact?
2. I have done my engineering in Instrumentation, but the first NOC i have mentioned in section 12.a is 2132, will my qualification problem for 2132? i do have referral letter from my employer for 2132 duties and actually i worked there as a mechanical engineer.

Please throw some lights.

@ Chinook +1, thanxx for sharing this info :)

By the way, it might be interesting... I catch something in CIC work...
Applicants who sent their applications on Mondays and Tuesdays, mainly ...I said MAINLY (sometimes a little bit earlier or later) are charged on Thursdays and Fridays and receive their PER also on these days. Sometimes Wednesdays are included. Thursdays and Fridays are charged and get PERs usually on Tuesdays, Wednesdays. Mondays are mostly clean.

Dear

It depends only on payment is clear or not, if last day of application received date has some application with payment with cc then will be added in count of 9 sept but if last application received date has some application with payment mode dd then it might not be encase in same date so it is not added in count , however it get updated in future cap update.

Btw, are you french?

Thanks for answering.
I think my question was pretty complicated however I still miss one thing.
What do you think the last "Applications Received" date was included within the CAP the NOCs issued on 9th September?

Does anybody know WHAT TIME IS IT NOW IN SYDNEY, NS????
What are working hours of CIC??
There is still a chance to get PER today?

From CIC's guide:

"Question 12 - Your work experience

a) Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b)."

Sorry mate, it is very likely that your application will be returned, unless you manage to send a new Schedule 3 form.

Can experts help? Should I expect anything? :-\ :-\ :-\
