Can someone tell me does an applicant get a PER first or an AoR? Are there 2 AoRs (one from CIO and other from VO)? I have gotten a PER back in July, ECAs says its in process, my lawyer says my application is still with CIO, not yet transferred to London VO, although it is expected to go there anytime. So when do I get AoR? When its transferred to London? Or have I already gotten an AoR prior to PER? Or do I get 2 AoRs?

I don't know if this counts as an update, but yesterday and previously I could not get any information from the CIC agents (especially the one called Mark). But today, I was able to use the UCI from my previous visa on the CIC IVR and the update I got was that my application was received on the 24th of June. No PER ... yet! So, I'm still waiting. I seriously doubt that the 2147 CAP has been reached. But believe me, when I receive my PER, you guys will be the first to know. I'm going to keep you all awake all night!!! 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Congrats.......PER is on the way. I am also waiting anxiously for the email from CIC, will update the forum as soon as i recieve it

Friends, update - I received my AOR mail yest from NDVO .. It says processing time is average 10 months for this visa office.

1- I sent my application without my kids passport because it was not ready that time. I received passport last month. My application received by CIC in June and received my PER on 28 August according which they are now transfer my file to LVO. Should I contact with LVO for my kids passport copy or wait.

2- I did not send my pcc along with my application now i have received my both pcc.

Please let me know if i have contact at my LVO for these things or I should wait?

Thank you for replying. I often wonder how do you guys know these things, like LVO usually sends MR directly. Where do you get to learn all this? I would love to read if you know of resources linked to fsw

Only Nirmal, brijpatel, princess19, I2C, laksmisesh, ITGuy_del & U from New Delhi are members from 6th May till 10th May.
Ur file was transferred on 30th July, so i am expecting that by his month end u will get medical request.

i agree with u..but u analysing from spreadsheet.....some guys they don't know idea abt this forums...ya watever leave it..ya iam expecting this month ending..suppose if i wont get anything from ndvo..so next month i will contact with them by mail or call..becoz till today i didnt contact with cic...reason is i got positive response from cic till today and moreover information from forums....i can contact with ndvo today by giving mail...but in data base they will save everything how many times we approached them...so it may cause file processing late my thinking

Since the application is already sent, you CANNOT send any missing document or resend your documents to VO now, until you are specifically requested for your son's passport or PCC. They already know you didnt send son's passport because they transferred your file to LVO, now all you can do it wait for them to request for pending documents, but until they respond, do NOT send them anything. They dont have any mechanism to add missing pieces of your file AFTER they've accepted your application at CIO.

Yes i have mentioned the reason and also attached the receipt of passport application.

Hello,

I sent my certificate for verification through normal post for more than 2 weeks now, just this morning i found this on WES website

Documents must be mailed or sent by express courier. Walk-in service is not available.

Please does this mean, my certificate and transcript would not be attended to?

Hey Hey.......Gud news from my side.
My consultant just forwarded me my AOR mail which was received by him yesterday.
So happy today...updating myself to LIGHT BLUE. ;D
