Hi Admin,

Need some suggestions for canada immigration for 2013. I have applied for PR NOC 1112 on 13th August 2013 file received on 19th August 2013 (Monday). The CAP was full for NOC 1112 on 21st August 2013 (Wednesday). can you please suggest, will there be any chance of my file being under the CAP.? considering rejections and other aspects..? Its been almost a Month and no reply from them. Is there any way i can find this information..?

Please suggest..

I am afraid to tell u that CAP for NOC 1112 got filled on 27th May 2013 which was announced by CIC on 21st Aug 2013. Please have a look at the spreadsheet for better understanding.

Any fresh news about the strike action? Have they all left their offices? I read that CIC has been trying to use substitutes who are not very experienced while we see they are running not bad! Hope these guys coming back to work soon.

as per my friends agent (he is canadian registered attorny) strike will hopefully end on 20th of this month
lets hope for the same

My consultant just forwarded me my AOR mail which was received by him yesterday.
So happy today...updating myself to LIGHT BLUE. ;D

Friends, update - I received my AOR mail yest from NDVO .. It says processing time is average 10 months for this visa office.

Dear All,

I have resent my application on the 11th Sept, as I got it back deemed as incomplete. I don't know whether it will make it within the CAP or not but as all you friends said to send it, I did. Admins kindly update the information on the spreadsheet. Will keep you posted on any further developments.
