Let me see if I have you clear you just moved to Germany..........So all you need to do is inform NDVO of your change in address......


You cannot change VO's at this stage.....you do not need to send updated travel forms. only send what they ask you for when and if they request documents and you do not need to send a PCC for Germany at this time....if you have lived there for over 6 months and they request documents after that, then they may ask for a PCC from Germany.

They say they may update the address in the file..But no information may be passed back to us..Avg time is 28 days and so on..Lets see if

This forum is growing too fast and is getting filled with unwanted information.
In the light of keeping the essence of this forum intact, I have few recommendations:
1) Please do not congratulate folks on getting a PER, AOR, etc.
2) If an application is rejected, please don't over sympathize. Indeed it is a big setback for the individual, but come to think of it, 70% of this forum is now filled with useless congratulatory and condolences.
3) Please make an attempt to go through the FAQ created by JIGSZY. Trust me, it is very simple to understand and most of your queries are answered in it.
4) Before posting a query, if you don't find answer in the FAQ, search for it using the search function on this forum or Google. If you are not able to find any info in your searches, you must post your question here.
5) If someone has posted useful information, please click on “Good” so that they get a +1 and they are motivated.
6) Avoid posting loud and large graphic files. We know you have talent, but this is not the place to show that.

I know that this may not sound pleasant, but in the end we all look forward to this forum and it will look better if it is devoid of irrelevant text.

Here is a quote from Wayne/capaccino:

"Technically speaking the entirity of your settlement funds must be available throughout your PR process. However, even though visa office can ask to see further proof of funds at any stage, it is unlikely they will do so and the next time you will need to provide proof of funds is at point of entry when you complete your record of landing.

However, since visa office asking to see proof of funds again is possible – I would advise spending no more than 10% of your settlement funds and ensure you are able to replace it within 60 days max, since visa office usually give 60 days for any additional documentation they require".

Agree.. And in any case if VO ask to show funds they cannot be satisfied wid explanations.. So I think no one shud take any chance wid this

Hmm..I think you didn't look carefully...
We have:
- 3 app from 6/21 - 1 of them has just received his PER (with DD)
- 9 app from 6/24 - 1 of them has just been charged (CC)
Moreover among these 9 app 6 are DD.

June 22nd & 23rd was a weekend. In reference to the June 24 apps you mentioned, are those from NOC 2147? How come we don't see the update on the spreadsheet?

What are the usual questions asked by Back ground verification agency for employment history verification at the resident country?

HR folks pls share the common questions so our references and our self are well informed.

Based on above links, following are common verification questions

1. Name of companies you have worked for (Where-Location & when)
2. your job titles and duties
3. the dates of employment (Overall start and end, Title wise start and end date)
4. the salary earned at each of your jobs (How frequently paid, in what form the payment is)
5. reasons for leaving (Might not apply as CIC is not an employer)
6. residence (Might not apply as CIC is not an employer)
