Its much better not to share congrats and Condolence posts in my opinion too...coz the forum becomes bulky ....when we out just for 1 or 2 days...too many pages passed away..need long time to extract my required info/discussions like getting MR/PER or some problems that faces our forum members...

So unnecessary posts might be avoided to make forum more efficient to all of us....(Just my point of view, not to hurt/indicate any of us..).... :D :D :D :D :D

Dear Admins,
Pls update my status on the sheet ...I received Medical request last night .... !!!

WOW Congratulation..HOPE the MR rain Begins for ALL of US.....

So, Did they ask for POF/ Bank statement from you? What documents you placed for your proof of FUND?
How long you get to submit your MR? All the best. Great news and Hope.

Dear Admin/members,

I have a suggestion....we have seen that, we have some different observations regarding proof of fund....different VO have different requirement regarding this requirement....so if we provide the info who has already been asked or will be asked by their respective VO to show statement for 3 months or 6 months etc....

if this is added on the spreadsheet this might help the members to take decision whether he need to keep the money for the whole time or not. Suppose Colombo VO/ CPP-O applicants already started to get their MR request with request of past six month's statement...so those VO applicants might aware to keep their funds for the whole time......but other VOs who will be requested for MR without statement may not do the same..

whats ur opinion.....

Thank you. Didn't ask anything yet. I used a bank statement for my FD. I have to submit Medical receipt and bank draft for Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) within 60 days.

For 2147:

If we look at the spreadsheet we have no member who's application is recieved between 21-23, we have then three applicants who application was recieved on 24th June and two of them have used DD. As typically DD takes longer than CC, we might have to wait a little before we can hear a good news from the applicants of 24th June. All the best guys!!!
make sense freddy

So you mean to say that in 12a if I mention NOC Code as 2147 and in Primary Occupation Jn Design Engineer there wont be any problem? and I dont have to mention as Computer Engineers there, In the return app list I can see that for forum member ICJ the application was rejected because "User made a mistake of putting his primary occupation as Lecturer in Schedule 3 form"

01. Yes. exactly, there won't be any problem. I am quoting official CIC source website here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp#eca

Go to Pg. 38, or scroll to almost the end of the page and read section: "Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 0008-Schedule 3)" guidelines. It is CLEARLY STATED that:

"Question 12
Your work experience: a) Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b)."

What I am trying to say is that this occupation that you state in both 12a and 12b should CORRESPOND to one of the 29 eligible occupations.

02. It is very common sense and logical that a forum member's app was returned "because user put Lecturer as primary occupation". Please reason out yourself, how does Lecturer correspond to any occupation in the list of 29 occupations? None of the job responsibilities, main duties and employment requirements of a lecturer correspond even remotely with an engineer. And this user is 2243 - Industrial instrument technicians and mechanics - NOTHING TO DO WITH LECTURER. So its a mistake on the user's part.

A>>>>>should be on the 29 occupation list and at least 1 (ONE) job in B should correspond to your chosen Noc category from the list or 29.
