Just a quick point of information. POF, still has to be shown if requested when the person lands in Canada. I hope no one is confused and thinks that after sending this letter/bank statement to local VO they can then spend all the funds. :(

Dear Admin/members,

I have a suggestion....we have seen that, we have some different observations regarding proof of fund....different VO have different requirement regarding this requirement....so if we provide the info who has already been asked or will be asked by their respective VO to show statement for 3 months or 6 months etc....

if this is added on the spreadsheet this might help the members to take decision whether he need to keep the money for the whole time or not. Suppose Colombo VO/ CPP-O applicants already started to get their MR request with request of past six month's statement...so those VO applicants might aware to keep their funds for the whole time......but other VOs who will be requested for MR without statement may not do the same..

whats ur opinion.....

For 2147:

If we look at the spreadsheet we have no member who's application is recieved between 21-23, we have then three applicants who application was recieved on 24th June and two of them have used DD. As typically DD takes longer than CC, we might have to wait a little before we can hear a good news from the applicants of 24th June. All the best guys!!!
Hmm..I think you didn't look carefully...
We have:
- 3 app from 6/21 - 1 of them has just received his PER (with DD)
- 9 app from 6/24 - 1 of them has just been charged (CC)
Moreover among these 9 app 6 are DD.
:P

Very late to the game, but I think you may still have a chance.

but there was a long discussion yesterday (specially between fsw2174,amit80203 along with few members) that created few confusions to me and may be to few of others also..... :( :( :(

Here is a quote from Wayne/capaccino:

"Technically speaking the entirity of your settlement funds must be available throughout your PR process. However, even though visa office can ask to see further proof of funds at any stage, it is unlikely they will do so and the next time you will need to provide proof of funds is at point of entry when you complete your record of landing.

However, since visa office asking to see proof of funds again is possible – I would advise spending no more than 10% of your settlement funds and ensure you are able to replace it within 60 days max, since visa office usually give 60 days for any additional documentation they require".

Yes, there is. 2131 seems not to be very popular yet! go for it mate.

Hello all,

I have moved to Germany after applying for FSW.
So in this case which address should i inform NDVO is changed..? residential address ?
My postal address is at my native where my parents are located. So this is no issues. I think so..

In the pdf of the AOR mail it is clearly mentioned that there could be possible delays for non-resident applicants.

So what would be the best way for me to inform NDVO..? by case specific query or by a cover letter and relevant documents..?

Also do i need to update my travel history and also get a new PCC from Germany..

Sorry my questions were too confusing or not clear...

I STRONGLY AGREE WITH SINESTRA , BARCOMI AND JIGZYY.

What SINESTRA said was already communicated by JIGZYY,

MANY PEOPLE ARE JUST POSTING CONGRATS ON EACH AND EVERY AOR!! And proud to be CHAMPION MEMBER!!! After completig 1000 post, it is required to show some maturity here, number of post are not important , you help others are important , if you forget to say congrats then that's fine but what is required is not to forget to help other when they ask something.

Let me see if I have you clear you just moved to Germany..........So all you need to do is inform NDVO of your change in address......

You cannot change VO's at this stage.....you do not need to send updated travel forms. only send what they ask you for when and if they request documents and you do not need to send a PCC for Germany at this time....if you have lived there for over 6 months and they request documents after that, then they may ask for a PCC from Germany.

All the best and Happy Waiting.

So all you need
