did u apply any visa to Canada before as ur UCI is a bit different to general they assign now a days

Guys I have a question and need your help for that.

I have to send CAD 150 draft to London Visa Office for my newborn child. While reading the guide and instructions, it says " London VO does not accept Canadian Dollars Draft if the clearing bank is not in Canada". I am very confused with this statement. I checked with my bank but they are also not aware about this. Please help me on this. What does it mean and what should I do?

Hello Guys,

I am new to this forum,
I applied for NOC code 2147 on May 21st.
On august 8th I received the payment charged text on my cell.
But I didn't receive any email confirming my PER till date.
I applied for Canadian Visitor's visa in the past, So I used my UCI to check my application status online.
The status is "In Process" and the description is "We received your application for permanent residence on May 27, 2013."
Does this mean I am eligible for processing, I am confused as I didn't receive any email confirmation from CIC.
Please let me know if I need to contact them or something.

@bluecrabs - For some reason you might of missed the email or email missed our inbox. Well, whichever the case may be eCAS already tells you that your file is accepted to be transferred to local VO for processing.

So kindly first share your information of date of application sent, received, time of receiving, ur NOC, Date of money encashment, PER date etc.

Welcome Blue crabs.......On the face of it ...it does seem like you are eligible. I do not know why you would not have received the PEr email. Did you use a consultant. You may call CIO or email them and they will respond telling you your status but all in all seems you are well on your way.......Please post your details here so that you can be added to our spreadsheet.

Yes, i was applied on 18.March.2009 (38 occupation), I got two file numbers from CIO and DAMASCUS visa office. after that my file transferred to WARSAW visa office and for a incorrect decision had been rejected on 12.Jan.2012, after 3 years. you can imagine my family circumstances at that time. I had written emails to 80 members of CANADA Parliament, but there was not any correct action, whereas many of my IELTS classmates got their VISA and at the moment are living there. all mentioned events was in incorrect action of my consultant that make that terrible decision for me.

At the moment hope again come back to our home, I hope that all forum members could perform a party in CANADA :-* :-*
