I am sooo sorry about this....but you guys should seriously REPORT YOUR RESPECTIVE CONSULTANTS!!!

I mean this is a basic thing that they should have known...that even if you did not have any travel history....you still have to fill the form and tick the box that says "no travel history"!!!

I agree with you... CIC Updated the CAP 300 from 293 with 2 or 3 days as I remember . I think that is a message to inform applicants to save their time because they know very will applicants in June and July will close the cap ...So, I would like to ask a question for clear this point there is anyone received a refuse because of Cap limit???????

I agree with you, but in AUG CIC was not updating the Count regularly..As per my calculations, Current count is upto 14th June. So its bit tight for July applicants.Normally Fee is deducted within 70-80 days from the date of receipt. So first 2 week of July applicants might be safe.

Lets hope for the best.

don't know y they r taking so much time to send PER.

my status is IN PROCESS. but no PER.

Does it mean getting charged actually not confirms PER ?? seems ppl still have to go through other processes before clearing first stage ..

Congrats to all who have received their PR and AOR.

I have sent my Application(NOC 2147) last Saturday from India and hope it will reach the CIC Intake office by today or tomorrow.

Will there be a chance for my application to be with in the CAP of NOC 2147 which is already has 210 application count.

Because i got a doubt by reading this info from CIC website "we cannot check that each application is complete on the same day it gets to the office. The number of application count on this page are updated at least once a week, but are only a guide. There is no guarantee that an application sent in now will fall within the cap by the time it gets to the Centralized Intake Office."

In Fact, I don't like to tell u that ur chance is so difficult, because, always there is a hope in the sight. up to now, I don't know anyone received his file back or refused because of cap limit...In God, we trust

sorry to say dear but as per me 2174 is reached CAP in last week of May it self, most probably your application will retrun
though for confirmation you can send mail or have a call to CIC

I have also applied under FSW NOC 2174 my application form was recieved by CIC on 5th June 2013 but i have not still received any communication from them , also the fees has not deducted frm my cc till date can u help me how to find the current status of my apllication

If it is on buffer, how many will they hold?
Also, i understand issuance of PER can be sequential on first come first served basis. But once the cap is full, why can't they return rest of the apps in one go? It is is really confusing, whether to wait n watch or not? I'm 27-Jun application under 2174. If they return the apps at least, we can either try for reapplying or check for other options like aussie. We are really stuck in the middle now

They must check if the application has a job offer. In that case it is processed regardless the cap limit.

I second that, UPS has delivered as promised. Not sure about DHL/FedEx
