I cant agree less with you on your assumption hereunder. CIC is very careful with its operation so that their actions should not be easily predicted and to also avoid litigation from potential immigrants. I have always believe that so many June & July 2013 for NOC 1112 and 2174 applicants will still be considered in the current program. This is just my thought. Hello people

It can be in this way also but not sure.. CIC will count the CAP after stage 1 ,so for 1112 and 2174 they counted 300 applications which passed stage 1 by Aug first week(they might have finished this excersice and reached 300 count when they considered May last applicants). Since "Cap reach message" is the stop for those NOC's they might have waited to make sure that all those applications they selected should pass the stage 2 or 3 also( which finished successfuly on Aug 16 or 17) and they updated the cap count on 20th June which is the next release date.

So what I mean to say is that there are chances that CIC might have already finished the Stage 1 reveiw of all other NOC's and updated in the count(the count which they published is based on the completion of Stage 1 review for July 1st week or mid). But the final Cap reach count will be displayed only when they successfuly finished Stage 2 or 3.

Since it is CIC dont know the real story and logic behind this

I have also applied under FSW NOC 2174 my application form was recieved by CIC on 5th June 2013 but i have not still received any communication from them , also the fees has not deducted frm my cc till date can u help me how to find the current status of my apllication

I agree with you... CIC Updated the CAP 300 from 293 with 2 or 3 days as I remember . I think that is a message to inform applicants to save their time because they know very will applicants in June and July will close the cap ...So, I would like to ask a question for clear this point there is anyone received a refuse because of Cap limit???????

i hv no histoty of travell ....bt my consultant made a mistake of not including a travel form

Did u got UCI for first application actually my file rechd on 05/06 but no intimation from CIC and my agent made same mistake of not including travel form as i had no travel history
