Hi friends,

Has anybodies status on ECAS changed after received AOR from visa office or it is still same like "we received application on so and so date". Can you please update on this matter please.

Its same for all of us...none of forum members has changed this status...even after getting MR...

Totally agree, why cant they just send them back, surely its quicker to return applications than go through them, checking if they pass stage 1 etc etc. My guess is they are leaving them for now as they are not urgent, and working through the other NOC, like 2147, which seems to be quite active the past 2 weeks (i.e lots of users are getting PER's here). I'm tempted to call CIC again this week

If it is on buffer, how many will they hold?
Also, i understand issuance of PER can be sequential on first come first served basis. But once the cap is full, why can't they return rest of the apps in one go? It is is really confusing, whether to wait n watch or not? I'm 27-Jun application under 2174. If they return the apps at least, we can either try for reapplying or check for other options like aussie. We are really stuck in the middle now

1112 and 2174 Cap Reached announcement was made on 23/08/2013 CIC update but last PER received for both these NOC is on 16/8/2013


Which means current CIC updates are 1 week Old. Currently PER received until 20/06/2013 applicants. which means current CIC update is until June 14th only not until June 21.[/size]

Just a suggestion, when quoting something interesting and important, why dont you just type it normally. Your post was somewhat an irritant as it was scrolling. No offence
