I had received PER, AOR, status In Process blah blah by July 27. Can someone please tell me the following:

1. How much time (months) after getting PER is it expected to take to get interview / medical call, for FSW 2013 applicants?
2. Historically and based on best estimates for FSW 2013 (after all the changes made), what are the chances of rejection of PR application, after having gotten PER and having status In Process and everything.
3. I applied thru Cohen Law Firm, they said my application is still with CIO, it is scheduled to be transferred to London Visa Office in next 3-4 months, but they say they expect it a lot sooner. What in the world does that mean? Does it mean my application has been sitting idle in CIO ever since it says In Process since July 27. Or is there some more work CIO needs to do before it sends it to London Visa Office. Or perhaps the London Visa Office is already processing it, but they don't communicate to the applicants or their lawyers that theyre processing it.

Any guesses are fine by me.

Hi Guys,

As I told you earlier, my application got returned , the reason was Form IM0008, page 2 missing. I now checked in the package all the forms were in place. page no 1 & 2 were stuck together. They were not even stuck, but I just tried to separated with my fingers and they separated. God knows how these CIC guys check the application form. Is there anything I can do now, I mean can I make a claim that the application file wrongly returned. Please let me know at the earliest.
