the NOC have some difference in speed of process, but not at all huge and in selection for CAP its FIFO bases only

Just want to know that cic takes file as per receving date and time . Does NOC code makes any diffeence in selection for process of file or they will just take according to receiving date???

in form you need to apply in only one category

This is my first post here and I hope not the last.

I want to ask something about the application. It's received on 24/7/2013 in CIC office in Sydney.

When shold I expect any answer from CIC because there is ongoing strike but I have noticed that they started to proccess the applications. I'm applying under 0211 NOC.

Processing time-Average of 10 months
Interview- will be notified, if required.
Let us know- if change in address,email,withdrwal of application

Hello everyone!!!

Sorry I haven't been able to logon on to forum for a the last few days....
But I am back with a news. I got back my application packet yesterday from CIC, the reason they mentioned was form IM0008 not fully filled. They say page 2 missing, but myself and my agent double checked everything b4 we packed it.
But anyway the wait is over now
My agent is asking me to resend the application, but I don't suppose that the Cap would reach for 2132 by the time my application will reach CIC. Kindly advise.
A very big thanks to all the moderators and senior members who have kept this forum alive and kicking and I wish everyone all the very best and keep up the good spirits.
