Hello everyone!!!

Sorry I haven't been able to logon on to forum for a the last few days....
But I am back with a news. I got back my application packet yesterday from CIC, the reason they mentioned was form IM0008 not fully filled. They say page 2 missing, but myself and my agent double checked everything b4 we packed it.
But anyway the wait is over now
My agent is asking me to resend the application, but I don't suppose that the Cap would reach for 2132 by the time my application will reach CIC. Kindly advise.
A very big thanks to all the moderators and senior members who have kept this forum alive and kicking and I wish everyone all the very best and keep up the good spirits.

Which one did u choose as ur primary NOC? that is what u should be worried about.

MEANING MEMBERS WHO GOT PER BEFORE 19 July HAS AREADY GOT AOR BY NDVO.

They got AOR on 5th Sep 2013 instead of 9th Sep.

It is strictly FIFO but it might happen that the data of received is type wrongly in sheet for the member such as Harry Siko cchandran
That can be alsopossible

CIC are funny, becuase I just been looking at the spreadsheet and it seems that some applicants for NOC 1112 submitted thier app in late June (users Harry13 and sikco for example) were included in the CAP, having had their app received on 18.06 and 19.06, and yet user cchandran had his/her application received on 27.05, but didnt make it into the cap.

Makes me wonder if it really is FIFO ? or the applicantion got mixed up in the pile somehow, distributed amongst the officers, and they didnt care when the application was received, so they just processed them as they appeared on their desk (making some June applicants lucky and May applicants unlucky)..

Am I wrong in this theory? because I am only thinking like this based on the info thats on the spreadsheet.. very confusing.. :-\

App sent 15 May,Per received: 24 July,AOR:6 Sept

Those applicants who received an e mail from cic tht they returned the file bc cap reached did they get their UCI as well. Plz reply.

Yes it could be, but user Harry13 has got "We have received your application for PR on June 19th, 2013" in the application status. So if this is wrong, please can this user update with the right info? I am just confused with what I had read on this forum and on the spreadsheet so plz forgive me for my posts :-\
