I have a query regarding NOC Cap filling.
If I can apply under 2 categories, say A & B, but I choose category A for applying.

After 2 months of my application I come to know that the CAP is getting filled quickly and I may not get a chance this year.
But for NOC category B, there is still a chance for me.

In such a case should I wait for the first application filed to come back to me? OR should I file another application with NOC B, even before the first application has reached me.

A & B may stand for 2132 & 0211

(Returned Applications from CIC are sent by ordinary mail and take upto 45 days to reach the applicant)

As per spreadsheet only 25 applicant under 0211 are there whose CC is not charged ( from 20th June till 27th Aug) while there are 63 candidates under 2132 waiting for their CC charge. Cap status for 0211 is 127 while for 2132 is 93.
I would suggest u to file ur application under 0211 only.

DD2211, I have a second copy of IELTS RESULT. So can I send a second file before my first has been returned due to cap filling??? Will CIC accept that???

You should wait for your original IELTS to come back with your first file.... otherwise you can send second with your wife as a principle applicant......

I have already filed my application under 0211. But if the cap gets filled, in that case should I wait for the file to return and then reapply in some other category where I have experience, OR should I straightaway send a second file in some other category. I already have 2ND COPY OF ORIGINAL IELTS.

[size=10pt]As I said this you should ask to VIP members such as autos , coolboy and many other VIP member as they may have concret info on is OR you can ask genuine lawyer not any cheap consultant ,

To me you should send file , I don't think cic will reject second becaz anyhow you are showing same content as before under 12b section
And there no law stating that one applicant can not file two files for different noc, therefore you can file second file
There is no harm in any case , so go ahead if you feel first noc will not make in 300

Do we need to NOTARIZE all Xerox copies of the documents sent to CIC?Huh
Somebody told me that all copies need to be self attested and Notarized.

Also all form pages need to be signed by principal applicant at the bottom of the page.

Are the above true??? Those who have received their PER's can please elaborate

You MUST follow the check list instruction for this!!
No notorised required for photo copies of documents.

Hi

With the grace of god, I have received AOR today from NDVO.

The letter states 10 months approx. time for processing in the NOC I applied for.

The letter is of 3 pages and is in attached PDF format.

Request the admins to update the status.

yaaa. it seems like that as yesterday I posted that need to send inquiry mails to NDVO and suddenly we have received communications form members on receiveing of AOR....Hahahahaha....
