hi! how can i know my UCI? i sent my application on Aug 19, 2013 and was received by Dexter on August 26, 2013. I have a consultant and that's why any updates regarding my application will be sent to my consultant. but i also want to be updated. is it possible that i can get my UCI without asking my consultant?

Just got a confirmation from my consultant that he has received my PER, but he is on leave today. My ECAS status is "in Process" & it says your app was received on 12th June' 2013.

The CIC responded to my email saying that my application is returned as already I was informed on the phone

Dear Sir/Madam,

UCI: ***********

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 28 Aug 2013 as the cap of NOC 1112 has been reached. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

I still can't send PM i am new one. I received my PER on July 29.

i would suggest you to wait. What does your ECAS status say? people have different timelines here, some people after getting PER got heir AOR from VO in 22 days, some in 68 days some in 70 days so i guess you should wait upto 60 days normally. dont worry if you've got your PER and UCI, then you definitely will go through it and the AOR from VO will be on the way you will get it soon.

means its the date of PER not AOR
AOR means acknowledgement form Visa office to you that your file is transfered to your local VO

btw you are also not wrong it called 2nd AOR

i didn't get you all i got in email is "application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed and will be sent to to visa office for processing"

if you didnt get your PER yet, of course you should call CIC. do you know how to call them?

Sorry to hear the bad news. When did you apply btw?

It was 4th of June. Although it was a very bad news but at least I was relieved of anxious waiting.
