The CIC responded to my email saying that my application is returned as already I was informed on the phone

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 28 Aug 2013 as the cap of NOC 1112 has been reached. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Sorry to hear that..

From this few things are very clear UCI number will be allocated before they do the Stage 1 or CIC count is not based on the Stage 1 ( Count is taking at time or encashemnt).
Also if application is sending back mentioning cap is filled then do anyone think that they will increase the cap for filled NOC's--

I dont want to discourage anyone and not telling that lose hope.. but just thinking..

I worked in single company all 6+ years ... and it is a public listed company and has few sister companies in other countries... and by nature the company is in telecom domain ..

Did u receive your AOR from NDVO.. I may have missed your update but app filed on 5th June with AOR received is gr8.. we are still waiting

Just got a confirmation from my consultant that he has received my PER, but he is on leave today. My ECAS status is "in Process" & it says your app was received on 12th June' 2013.

i would suggest you to wait. What does your ECAS status say? people have different timelines here, some people after getting PER got heir AOR from VO in 22 days, some in 68 days some in 70 days so i guess you should wait upto 60 days normally. dont worry if you've got your PER and UCI, then you definitely will go through it and the AOR from VO will be on the way you will get it soon.

Thank you so much for your supporing words. I will wait then, it will be 60 days on 29 of September. I have UCI and i logged in many times, it says WE RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION ON MAY 17,2013.
