I really want to hope that all 300 have not received PERs yet as i am also waiting for PER. Nobody knows as of now if all 300 have received PERs or not. There are many forum members who applied in late May and early june who are still hoping for a good news.
Fingers crossed.
was ur cc charged and did u get ur UCI if ur cc charged then u are withinn the cap

What I mean to say is if 300 is the Number of PER's issued, (i.e AFTER STAGE 3 ELIGIBILITY CHECK), Then it means that there must be around 450 applications which have beeb cleared for completeness check by STAGE 1 OFFICER.

So all the work done by stage 1 officer for 150 odd applications goes totally waste. I hope people can understand.

As I had mentioned yesterday, 300 is the number of applications passed the Stage 1 completeness chec. Some will surely receive PER soon.

Had 300 been the number of PER'S issued, why will CIC do completeness check for 450 odd applications???

HI

I am really surprised by this submission as currently only third week of June is being processed

How do you know there's about 450 applications to be cleared? is this number based on the spreadsheet?

If you say 300 PER's were issued by 21st Aug (the date when CIC updated website with 300 cap) the it means, june , july, and 20 days of August applications are there with CIC, and going by the rate 3/day, it comes around 150 more applications with CIC , which would have already cleared stage 1 in 2 months (JUne, July) time. Spread sheed also says the same thing, though there might have been many more outside spread sheet also.

If you have the points above the requirement of Australian immigration and money (cost of Australian immigration is much higher than Canadian) it is a good option as a backup plan. I have also applied for Australian immigration which is concurrent with the Canadian one. But I would like to immigrate to Canada as my parents are there (I have a brother in Australia). I can't comment on job of 2147 but for Civil Engineers, it is better in Australia than Canada. As far is living is concerned, Australia Cities top the most livable cities in the world. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World's_most_livable_cities .

Yes .. But Australia requires 7 in each band of IELTS which is quite tough.

And for Mechanical Engineers/Managers which is better Aus/Canada????

Ease of Getting the job ???? Which is better?? Aus/Can??

Do Australian Recruiters also ask for Australian Experience like the CAnadians???

Dear friends! I had a problem to register to this forum, but finally i did it. My application NOC 1112 was received on May 17, and on July 29 i got PER (if i understoon PER is an e-mail from CIC that my application got positive determination, they gave me UCI number and my application will be send to visa office (it is in Vienna in my case)). But since then i didn't get any news and in ECAS it only says We received your application on May 17, 2013. What should i do now?

For now, it's open. Islandbabe, and few others, who are interested in continuous editing, please PM me emails (google), so I can add them as editors. Public Editing will result in loss of data and few "stupids" will try to play with the data.

Hi, how can I add my details to the sheet. Can someone assist please.

Thanks.

7 is not a problem for my case as I have 8 in each.
