PER mail does not contain the date when the application was received.

No it doesnt mean that. It only means 300 applications received till 21st august have passed Stage 1 completeness check. Only some of it (who had filed applications early) might have received PER.

I really want to hope that all 300 have not received PERs yet as i am also waiting for PER. Nobody knows as of now if all 300 have received PERs or not. There are many forum members who applied in late May and early june who are still hoping for a good news.

As I had mentioned yesterday, 300 is the number of applications passed the Stage 1 completeness chec. Some will surely receive PER soon.

Had 300 been the number of PER'S issued, why will CIC do completeness check for 450 odd applications???
