i started loosing hope when i saw updates yesterday!!! for noc 2147, i am July 5th applicant

you are at 20th position after 14 June and according to trend they will charge minimum 31 more applicants from Forum under 2147.

So you will surely be in Cap and don't panic just chill and help others by providing your updated information in left Space :
Like date of application ?
NOC ?
visa office ?
etc.

To build your confidence I will show you a quick calculation. dont completely depend on this calculation because this is just assumption

This is for NOC 2147

CIC cap till today- 200 ( till 3rd Aug it was 179 so i am going to give 21 more for 1 day)
Last 2147 applicant encashment happened was for "roypp" who is a June 14th Applicant and encashment happened on 29th Aug.So ideally all the applicants before that would have finished the Stage 1 and counted in the cap ( even though encashment and PER was not received)
Now if we count all the applicants for 2147 before roypp then the count is 76 ( irrespective of encashment and PER's)
If that is correct then NOC 2147 forum percentage for 200 cap count is 76/200 = 38%
So 38% of 300 (overall cap ) = 114. which means roughly around total 110-120 forum members for NOC 2147 will fall in the CAP.

Admin, pl on the datasheet, my name appears twice on the sheet 441 and 443. the error must have occured while I was also trying to update it from the link that was provided me.

Congrats to all with PERS and Encashments.

I had all my documents as early as May 20 but my University refused to send in transcript to WES on time and correspondence between the 2 orgs took over 2months to complete.

Infact I spent over 1000usd just to procure the WES documentation.

Hi Guys,
I was cool till now, but after seeing recent cap and no charge yet on my cc I am getting worried. It looks as if 2147 is going slow in payments/per. I assumed, I should have received per in 70-80 days of application, its almost 80 days now without any update!
Any idea by when this should happen?

Dear Seniors,

I want to inform the change of my address to LOCAL VISA OFFICE. I have received my PER on 3rd Sept. So do u think it is the right time to inform about the change or I should wait few more days? I think file has not transferred yet to the LOCAL VISA OFFICE.

Do I need to fill up the CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY form for notifying them about the changes? At the bottom part of that form has the option to upload your documents, do I need to upload anything like proof of address for this?

Plz advice me.

I was also doing the same calculations this morning and would also like to say that people who have applied till 10th of August might be considered within CAP.
