I feel we should again call at 0016139444000 and cross check about the CAP UPDATES ON THE WEBSITE.

hmm yes brother we need to clarify until which Month this update is displayed. That might give lot of hope to others

PER is issued only after STEP 3 (ELIGIBILITY REVIEW) in the FSW2174's post below. But CAP is updated on CIC Website after STAGE 1 (Completeness Check by CIC, Sydney). So as per cic website, the page has been modified on 3rd Sep 2013.

SO as on 3rd Sep 2013, 1399 Application received have passed the STAGE 1 "Completeness Check by CIC, Sydney".
Hence out of these 1399, some may have been charged and PER issued, some may have been only charged, some may neither have been charged nor PER issued, but certainly all these 1399, have passed the STAGE 1 "Completeness Check by CIC, Sydney".

Also on CAP Update page, CIC has a put a note:

"Note: Due to the large number of applications we get, we cannot check that each one is complete on the same day it gets to the office."

After which step do you get the message on Ecas - In Process. We received your application on XXX Date ... ? After PER is issued or before?

Any one here like me June first week applicant still waiting for some news from CIC?
I have not heard any thing from them yet (NOC-3142)
By calling CIO I got my UCI but no further info available.
I have mailed them to get info so waiting for their reply

It means file got rejected in Stage 3 Eligibility check.

why you all are doing so much research on this topic . . . .
see after completness UCI is generated, but I storngly feel after completness check CAP is not updated as many applicant received file back with UCI what it means? and last time my wife's file returned with UCI number marked on it and the reason was CAP fill!!

Be positive! You will come out successful. By file number I guess you mean UCI number? Was your payment deducted? If yes, when?

as my fee was not encashed

even this time marta file returned with UCI number
forms were checked and reason was old form used
payment was also not encashed

It means file got rejected in Stage 3 Eligibility check.

Ya CIC is nearly 60-70 behind when they gave their first update when FSW reopened on May first week. Clearly this update is June from now.

you can refer this way
in our spread sheet 2 applicant of 2145 got PER
1 on 6th june and 2nd on 12 june
while in Cap update only 1 is there

again there may argue that both were not considered (some other before 6th may considered in update) but this is some calculative assumption that cap must not be of before 6th may
