AS PER ABOVE CALCULATION Below is ASSUMPTION / calculation for NOC :2147 :


52 candidates out 77 from the forum received PER whose files were received until 14th June, which is 29.05 % of global 179 candidates

(52/179)*100 = 29.05 .

The forum represents 29.05 % of the global CAP.

121 seats left for 2147,

29.05 % of 121 = 35.15, so being 29.05 %. Around 35 more candidates from the forum should be able to make it to the CAP out of 121.

There are 4 lucky candidate whose CC or DD have been charged but PER yet to be received 35 - 4 = 31, so 31 more candidates have a chance to get en-cashed and receive PER very safely .

I think CIC liked ur application, u r d first applicant from 19th June to get PER.

as per latest CAP update there are 8 NOCs for which the applications are even less than or equal to 6.assuming these 8 NOCs will have not have more than 25 applications per NOCs on average for current year. so these NOCs will occupy total of 200 applications towards overall CAP...so remaining 16 NOCs will have overall CAP of 4800.....that means all the remaining NOCs may have sufficient room to reach there individual CAPs.......so we need not worry of reaching overall CAP of 5000 if we can make it to the NOC CAPs......

ould you please tell me.I applied on 2 june 2013 now the 2174 cap is filled and i did not recieve any acknowledgment from them. Am I out from the race or still have chances to get acknowledgment please tell me
My agent is telling me to have some patience for next one week i will get file number . Because some people who applied on 2174 got file number

Guys still lot of hope...CIC has not filled the cap even 25%...Just do your karma....no need to think twice...I believed in this...

I never thought of applying for Canada in my life..I always craved for US..but in just few days I am getting good news which I never had in years,,


So plz dont loose ur hope..as hope is the only rope which swings through life

As per the response of the lady at CIC, THE CAP update on website is for COMPLETENESS CHECK BY CIC (1ST STAGE) and not for PER ISSUED.
Please note: PER is issued after Eligibility check, while CAP figures updated on CIC website are after completeness check.

I guess Subodh's point can be valid and it is conformed by lady at CIC.

Anyway this point giving relief and hope
