i dont know if I can contact them directly from my country, I want to know what they mean when they say CAP REACHED, are those application already open and charged with the fees or they are just laying separated by NOC????? I wish I know if my application is in the 300 CAP reached :'(

I live in El Salvador, I send my package to CIO and was received on May 29 and still have no news, not even the charge on the CC

Call at: 001-613-944-4000

Follow this order, make sure you hear the number before pressing it.

English...........= 1
Foreign Affairs.= 2
Immigration.....= 2
Call Transfer......
English...........= 1
Status...........= 2
PR Card..........= 2

They'll put you on hold for about 6 - 20 minutes.

ask them about the status of your file..

call tomorrow b/w 9 am to 4 pm
