Don't go for re validation, purchase new one and just cancel the old demand draft. Bottom line is be safe and DD is most safest route

yes go with cc instead of dd.did u put ur uci into the system which u got in ur refusal letter and what system shows.

I am FSW 1 applicant , I have also read in manuals / sop that visa office follow and honour First come , first serve , then ministerial instructions are on top , NDVO and LVO follows no manuals / SOP , they follow their heart - FSW 2 and FSW 3 applicants still in que - even in my stream scores of applications filled after me have been processed , and they are now PR holders . I filled my application in 2009 , and still waiting for a first review - My 7 friends , real sister , cousins who filled applications 1 year after mine in LVO are are the ones who are PR , and I am still reading their worthy SOPs / manuals

I can understand your concern that your case is delayed. But brother, we all have to understand that each and every case is different and that a lot of time is wasted in background checks and verification. CIC themselves clearly say that our cases can be delayed if they need to do additional checks, receive replies from agencies, send our files to other Canadian offices. For some people it is faster, for others it takes longer. Maybe universities delay in replying to degree verification requests, maybe our names match on SEVERAL intelligence and security databases and require additional review etc. I am sure you know all this.

Sincerely pray for you to get your PR as soon as possibly. But before applying WE ALL know that there can be delays and even significant delays and should all hope for the best.....

Dear Admin and Friends,

Please advise for following three issues, I'll be thankful for guidance.

1. I am a MBBS doctor having experience as sonographer, so am I eligible for the sonographer category to apply. I also have IELTS score 7 overall. Further I couldnt furnish the pay slip or bank details, because the hospital where I worked is of a small scale and they normally paid me Cash.

2. Can I get sponsor from my uncle or father to show the funds while submitting the application, as I may not have this much amount.

3. Also please advise how to check the number of applications sbmitted till to date against each skilled category.

Well Certainly , I don't know about what u learnt, With my knowledge and education and Experience I certainly learnt many things and I consider myself worth More than Eligible to be in Canada, Atleast worth Many others who are already there.
And u even comparing your education to a level of an ICCRC registered consultant has definitely put His/Her education to shame.

If you believe ICCRC registered consultants (after passing basic course, in your opinion) know NOTHING, then extremely sorry to say, we could also assume that ALL OF US HERE HAVE PASSED AN EDUCATIONAL DEGREE and might not know NOTHING and thus might NOT BE EVEN ELIGIBLE TO IMMIGRATE TO CANADA!!!!!

Anyways, your post and views also mean nothing to me.

If they start work from October 16,2013 , with full effect , they will be in position to clear all backlog by December 2014 or June 2015 - this includes all FSW1 ,2 3, and current stream of 5000

I have my UCI number and my status on ECAS is IN PROCESS but i have not received my PER mail. i have already mailed them asking about my file status...
as i get any reply i will update on the forum.

Hello, guys.

I just received my application back. It states that the officer was not satisfied with the details in my employment certificate as it "does not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation blah, blah, blah."

Now, is it safe to submit another application with a revised employment certificate? Do they make copies of our applications? I am afraid that they might see the changes and question why I submitted a different employment certificate and subsequently deny my application. I can have a revised employment certificate made and my boss have no problems regarding the same.
