My badluck continues ......talked to sameer patel, whose file sent from cic on 16th july reached ahmedabad on 27th aug....while my file which was returned on 9th july from cic has not reached to me , again i m also in ahmedabad......another badluck cic agent finally today told me that my schedule 3 form ans 12a was improper.......what a silly reason to rejection.......

could u plz provide more details
what was ur answer to 12a?
and what was ur NOC?

Admin could you please update my status to "processing started"? Just received email from Vienna VO asking us to provide police clearance for me from FBI (we kind of dropped the ball here as I didn't realise I would need this for the 2 years I studied in USA).

Anyway - good news I guess as our papers are in Vienna and they are processing...? :

Thanks Allah I have just received my per from my consultant.
12 June applicant. Noc 2131. I hope all the waiters will earn at the end. Lots hope the strike ends since my lvo is London ;D

The postage between UK, where I am from, and Canada is not very long, I frequently send things over there (as I have family in Canada) and it takes 5-7 days more or less. Maximum 10 days, through normal airmail service. I think my application is still stilling in a pile somewhere and hasn't even been opened!

So, you cant come to know that your application has been received by CIO until 70-80 days. Only other proof is Courier POD.

u may get a first indication if you are paying via credit card and it gets charged (check ur bank account)..this is usually a good sign and usually PER follows after 12 days (that's on average)
