Hi Friends,

Hope all are doing well, now since this is my first message on the forum I may be asking some senseless/redundant questions (...please bear with me for this time )

I had applied for FSW in June 2013. Yesterday I received an email from Centralized Intake Office that my application has received a "Positive determination of eligibility to be processed"

They have provided a UCI number and an application number on the email. My credit card has been charged subsequently

Guys could you kindly clarify on the meaning of this statement and what is the next process step that i need to take.

this is ur PER
after which ur file will be transferred to your local Visa offic for further processing
but PER itself is a major step in ur immigration path, getting it means ur dream is near to come true
could u plz share the rest of ur details? thanks in advance

Call CIO after atleast 10 days. Calling 10 days before is useless

Admin could you please update my status to "processing started"? Just received email from Vienna VO asking us to provide police clearance for me from FBI (we kind of dropped the ball here as I didn't realise I would need this for the 2 years I studied in USA).

Anyway - good news I guess as our papers are in Vienna and they are processing...? :

Dear good luck for who received their PER. Plz applicants NOC 2263 wakeup and update ur status.Dear seniors no body is commenting on the people who got thier UCI but did not receive PER yet,what is hope for them.And why CIC did not send an email to the applicants who been unsuccessful in the review.
