Can any one tell exactly at which stage they assign UCI no. after or before completeness check? Has anyone application refused after having UCI no.?

After Update CIC speed down so lets have rain of PER and Payment charge for a week

UCI NO means first time when they open ur file, they assign uci no....if this was ur first time applying any visa to canada....uci doesnt means file check complete....

God forbid there is not going to be any CAP filled for this weeks update... be careful what u guess man, is peoples future we are talking about here... lets be sure before we wish anything bad...

Sith the blessing of Almighty Allah Subhana Tala I have got my UCI from cic call centre but system still says we can identify the information u entered. Seniors plz share ur experience what happened after UCI issues and are still there chances of refusal after UCI is assigned
