Yes. After 81 days of checking this forum and waiting patiently, finally i got my PER.
It is the wonderful and sweet email that i have received since my first application on 2007 which is affected by Pre 2008 backlog reduction, then i re-applied again last year Jan 2012 MI3 but got rejected due to insufficient points. But i never give up and tried again this year. God is really great.

"No matter what you're going through, there's a light at the end of the tunnel and it may seem hard to get to it but you can do it and just keep working towards it and you'll find the positive side of things.

Hi ENVMAN: Till July 19 there was no new form available and my application reached there on July 25, 2013 then also i did not see (99%) sure, so dont know when it got updated. Very much tense, my application already returned once for Birth certificates dont have names of me and my kids so attached affidavit and sent. Lets see. i am a Quebec skilled worker, got the CSQ and now applied for federal visa.

While India and Hongkong er getting from 12-23 days....As Singapore is a HUB : Why its taking so much time to send out AOR?

I just received an email from VO confirmed CIC received my application on 10 May. Is it AOR of VO? I guess that AOR from VO should confirm my application has been transferred/ received to/by VO? How about you?
