Sorry to hear that...Why not apply again ASAP? You have nothing to loose except courier fees. ZGo to the courier office near airport for faster processing..USE UPS(forum choice) or Fedex (i used)

What is difference between AOR and PER? Sorry if it is answered before.

Though its very very early for u to order CAIPS or GCMS . well its upto u. The only info you will get that u have got the PER. Nothing else.
And the links that u have pasted are of a 3rd party organisation that will charge 25$ for the CAIPS/GCMS .( I wil not like to share my info with any 3rd party organisation)
Please let ur brother know that HE can order the same using CIC website and no 3rd Party would be involved.
Please find the link below and he will only have to shell 5$ for it. This is called Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request

Well i dont know much abt it.....my brother recommended it to apply now itself....im not sure if it's too early but we are requesting this week or so....

This message was shown in my status as well, means ur file is returned.....pls call cic which date it was sent back...sorry for u...

Samanis, this is not true. This does not means your file has been returned. I kept getting this status even 3 days after PER.

do they generally send the medical request directly instead of AOR?
