Dear MANISH , PLEASE READ THIS POST.



No , you must have to show them fund when you send file to cic, you agent misguide you that is for sure.
Anyway ,forget your agent now and don't get angry on him right now ,need to solve problem.

I checked your case in tracker you are 2147 and your file received on 17 July. Means it will take ATLEAST 2 to 3 week for PER , try to get UIC number ,I am not sure you will get now as your file was reached on 17 July so if they don't provide ask till next 3 weeks,

HERE IS THE SOLUTION.

1.once you get UCI number send your bank statement having balance 11115 cad.

2.you should also include one small application saying that by mistake you have add old bank statement and add new one in my file and provide them UCI number.

3.now there is trick to send your bank statement to cic from India in 1 day only.

4. How? , get bank statement in coming week and send it to your friend or relative in canada along with application.

5. Once you get UCI , provide it to your friend or relative In canada and ask them to note down in your application.

6. Ask them to currier cic by choosing overnight currier service.

Now if you send your updated bank statement immediately after you get UCI thnen there is chance they can add it in your file with reference to UCI.

WE WISH YOU WILL COME OUT OF THIS AND GET PER.

Yes , actually i took help from an agent/ consultant.
he told me that the amount 11,115 $ will be required after my file reaches NDVO.
At the time of filling application he told me to show amount more then 1,50,000 INR , which is around 3000 $ that time.
So the bank statement which i sent in my application courier in july was containing amount 2 lack rupees only ( 4000 $ ).

What should i do now, please help me or provide me solution, or they will reject my file

Sorry I meant rectify the situation not the UCI, so I was asking if I have to send an email or update to CIC.
My case is different than yours, I did have an old application with CIC and got PR in the past and lost so I'm reapplying.

It says as
You will need to show proof to the Canadian visa office in your home country that you have enough money when you apply to immigrate.

So ur agent is right.u need to show proof of funds to visa office

Well my point of view would be, As long as ur Papers are correct, u dont have to worry .. they wont refuse the application simply because they didn't find anyone in the office ... these things can happen and if u r right u cal always appeal and win it.

Pls confirm ur timing again.... Is it 26/6 or 26/5........ Cause none of may end guy even charged in 1112 and u received per in spite of ur apps almost reached one month after those guys...

that is the main confusion , in the language they are using - You will need to show proof to the Canadian visa office in your home country that you have enough money when you apply to immigrate.

This was valid when we need not send any proof to CIC. But in FSW 2013 they have asked for POF to be checked by CIC and then later also by VO.
So CIC will definitely check for POF.
Thats why they have involved.
But plz keep ur hopes hig, Its just my thoughts.

But still nothing could be said. Decision is at the discretion of CIC.

This is true that local fund verification is done by Local VO. But, you may have to inform them before your documents reach the local VO with minimum of Cad 17100 bank statement.

Yes , right there it is written that.

You will need to show proof to the Canadian visa office in your home country that you have enough money when you apply to immigrate.


Early fsw process was , applicant used to send two times application , one is to cic and then again to local vo adding you ielts score in it.
However as we know , now the process is cic ask to submit all docs , so ideally we should submit tocic at first stage of filing.

Now there are two scenarios ,
1. Cic might be fine if you don't provide or you provide partial statement at the first stage.
This statement could be true with respect to their official website. Saying that you can provide fund statement to local vo.

2.now based on guide doc and checklist it is mandatory to provide fund docs with mandatory amount in it.

If 1 is fine with cic then you are in safe zone right else you need to follow the steps which I have mentioned.

Ideally you should follow my steps to make your file positive because if you send fund doc now with reference of UCI number then there no harm in doing so.
