How can we know that file is transfered to local visa office?
ECAS status just showing
"in process" > "We have received your application for PR on 13th may 2013"
I received PER mail on 15/07/2013
almost 40 days gone,
but still not received any information
regarding transfer of file to local visa office i.e. NDVO
Is it in my case only or with someone other also ?
Should i contact NDVO?

I have informed WES about the mistake, still waiting for reply from their side. Should I email CIC once I get reply from WES? Also is there any need to send written explanation to them via post?

Just send email to cic, and WES ,
WES customer care is replying after few days so let them inform about the mistakes they have done and tell them to manage this issue from their end once you receive WES email forward it to cic.
This way you can keep everyone in line.

I am in the same boat as you, I submitted June 15th for NOC 2174. Still no news or CC charge. You cant track until you're accepted and have a UCI number. So all we can do it wait.

I don't think you will find such a case because its incomplete application. Fund statement is mandatory.

its the same case here...PER received on 19 july and yet no news frm ndvo
i saw someone did put case specific inquiry but didnt get response frm ndvo..i think it was maseshnep...
experts can throw some light i believe...
this wait is killing us all

Why would you want to rectify an old UCI? From what I know, when you apply, and if its rejected or not gone any further, your file remains at CIC for up to a year. After that, its deleted. I was told this from an immigration lawyer, regarding my previous application for FSWP in 2009 which was declined due to not being eligible.

I have an file No. from my 2007 application wich terminated without processing.can I use it?
and my new application was received by them in 17 july, do you think they assigned me client ID?

No you cant use your 2007 file no, because this was never processed, so its "dead". Your new application will get a new UCI if its accepted and gone into processing. Good luck

Sorry I meant rectify the situation not the UCI, so I was asking if I have to send an email or update to CIC.
My case is different than yours, I did have an old application with CIC and got PR in the past and lost so I'm reapplying.
