Do apply, for two reasons,
1. as long as you have already prepared your application you will loose nothing but the courier fees.
2. I believe there is a chance for 2147 who their application is received till first week of Sep to be in the cap.

Do send it as soon as you can.

freddy u r 26th june applicant.. cic has still nt started working on dat date.. wait fo couple of weeks.. m sure u wil get UCI n u wil b through

I just notice in the FAQ sheet that change of employment shall be reported to the VO.. I thought it is more related to marriage and having children..

I have stopped working the beginning of this month, can any one please confirm if I need to inform the VO about this??

My VO is london , my per received on 19 August
