so here is the news. If you havent been charged by now and even if you got a UCI and ECAS gives the error message and you have applied before May and havent heard anythign back till now then .. the chances are Its over..
My application was returned AUG 1st.. reason waiting for package..

I am sorry to hear that your application is returned...however, I checked the spreadsheet, notice a few 2263 applicants after you still got PER and the total number published by CIC is only 26, I would say the chances for other NOC2263 to fill in cap is still high... don't give up easily!

Regarding MR from HK VO, I saw that processing time for FSW in that office is 14 months so it's weird that MR's are coming already.
Is there any other VO that has sent MR to any applicant ?
