NOC 1112 applicants from 27 may to 31st may are they within this cap of 300 plz reply

I don't know but in reply to one of my mails sent enquiring about my status, an agent replied me yesterday the 22nd of august at around 2pm

Your application has been received and is currently awaiting review. You will be contacted in due course.

Right now, no one knows... but please hurry up and submit your application. The total cap is for 5000 complete applications, irrespective of NOC. For example, if 16 NOCs each reach the maximum of 300 caps, then the entire FSW 2013 program would have reached a total cap of 4800 complete applications. The remaining 8 NOCs will now have a total cap of 200 complete applications. If the 17th NOC then has a cap of 180, then the FSW 2013 will now be officially closed as the remaining 7 NOCS will now have a total cap of 20 complete applications between them. All, I want to say is that your NOC does not have to get to a CAP of 300, before you consider it as full. Everyone should be weary of other NOCs as well. Only 16 NOCs can each statistically reach the sub-cap of 300. The other NOCs will not. Applicants should strive to be under both the NOC sub-cap and the overall cap of 5000.

When you receive your assessment from WES, SEND YOUR COMPLETE APPLICATION IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not take your time! Other applicants in other NOCS will not take their time.

After seeing Faizz response on PER, I desperately checked my mailbox for my PER....But their was an email from WES asking for my feedback...FTW

Your file is in buffer, if any one before you gets rejection on MI / Payments / Eligibility, then your file can move ahead. The problem in buffer is, it takes the longest to get back the file, sometimes around 4 ~ 5 months.
