Congrats :D & Updated

Per received today!cc charged on 15th aug.noc 0211.

I have received PER email on July 25th.

Since then, nothing came from Centralized Visa office or Singapore Visa office (my preferred visa office).

I want to email them now.

Can anybody suggest which of the below two ways is better for communication?

1. direct emailing to Singapore-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

or

2. case specific inquiry to : https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=singapore

which of the options is the BETTER one?

thanks.

Guys,

Would I be able to get the UCI number by calling them. My wife is the main applicant ... Do they only give information to the main applicant or I can call too?

No, any body with the application information can raise an enquiry on CIC after 6-weeks application receipt by CIC

So you call them directly :)

Hi.....

I am not sure if I am too late. I am planning to apply for aerospace category (2146).
No of applicants in the current status shows only 2.

Profile:
Aeronautical Engineer
10 years exp in aerospace
Education Assessment : WES received the documents yesterday ( I guess it sud take 3-4 weeks for me to receive the assessment)
IELTS: 21st Sep

In any case I will not be able to apply before sep end as IELTS is in end Sep.

Experts plz reply if I stand a chance to be under 300 cap under aerospace?

You can take your own time because till now only 2 application have reached at FSW category in CIC.
All the best collect you document as fast and get to canada soon ok :)

You surely stand a big chance.

Hi... Thanks all for the reply.

I have got study permit (Canada, Valid from Jul 2013 to Jul 2015), work permit for my wife (based on my study permit), and visitor visa for my 1 yr old son. I am in India and will nt be using our Canada visas. Since our visas got stamped last month, will it be an issue if I apply for FSWP. My concern is that me not using stamped visas for me and my family will be a problem for applying PR?

What is the number and the options I need to choose over the phone? We tried 3 times, but they kept telling us they don't have access to such information ...

I think 2nd option would be better. CIC website recommends in this way. You will fill in a range of questions and submit, and I believe what Singapore office gets is still an email (automatically generated based on your input) but with comprehensive info of you.
