Another query: I dont have required funds in my account ($17K). Can I show funds in my parents account with a supporting letter that funds are available for our use or shall i ask them to transfer the money in my account. The only worry is huge transaction in short time in my account may raise suspicion ???

Amount in parents account will only be satisfied if they are accompanying you to canada..
You can show the amount at any person accompanying with you like wife/ husband/ child... so the suspicious situation can be avoided.

Hi... Thanks all for the reply.

I have got study permit (Canada, Valid from Jul 2013 to Jul 2015), work permit for my wife (based on my study permit), and visitor visa for my 1 yr old son. I am in India and will nt be using our Canada visas. Since our visas got stamped last month, will it be an issue if I apply for FSWP. My concern is that me not using stamped visas for me and my family will be a problem for applying PR?
