ABHereICome. I am pretty sure that I ordered the required package. As said by our friend Amit under the delivery information tab there Recipient Information has to be CIC but I saw my address when I logged into WES. my question is how can CIC view my online report? how will they get access?

@ udayyy, fsw2174, sunnytheshine - This is not the story of Y-Axis alone. All the consultants that are not registered Canadian immigration consultants/lawyers fall on the same platter and scramble the same S#ite.

I haven't had any chance to deal with Y-axis, but my cousin sister (not blood relation) applied through them and already landed in Canada on PR last year. Quite possible her case might be simple and Y-axis actually might not have o do any extra effort.

Man I just did exactly that, CIC already has the original evaluation report sent with application, and I just made an another order of 2 reports, One hard copy will be mail to me, (same thing another copy ... ) cost $45 and another electronic version accessible to CIC, $30 ...

I hope this resolves the issue ..

I was in the same situation and I recieved my PER, just hang in there.

No need.
WES will process your application in 7 days of receipt of documents.
They are pretty professional.
The update on website @ ur application status can be delayed as long as 48 hrs. But they will.
They send out report in hard copies in normal postage.
Generally an applicant gets response in @ 1 month of applying - provided all relevant documents are received at WES in time.

Mine also pretty much same except under the FSWP Credential Assessment Package there is no additional information inside the brackets and also there is no details like Purpose of Evaluation. Except that everything matches like shown below. Do you think I need to call WES and confirm this.?

I don't think you need to worry mainly for three reasons;

a) There's FSWP mentioned on the payment breakup.
b) The amount you paid tallies with mine $429.40.
c) You haven't got any request from WES.
