But my ECAS status is IN PROCESS

I just consulted my Agent about the CAP update, obviously worried, who advised that since the CAP update has reached only after I have submitted the application, I still have a chance. ???

CIC must have sent you a PER email.. check your spam mail folder.. or else check if you gave them the correct mail id.
else what i would suggest is call CIC and listen what IVR says when you put in UCI no.

If you ECAS is showing 'in process' then you are in, need not to worry.

in the meantime send an email to cic nova scotia, they do reply (they replied to both my emails - infact in the second email they confirmed that my file is now in NDVO office but i hav'nt heard anything from NDVO), if you have already done that then wait for their reply.

All agents are f****rs and they always shows stars to customers but naver tell truth..... Here you are right that CAP is reached yesterday but CIC is working on may end applications that time for perticular said 2 NOCs....

So I dont think that any clue/option is available further....

CIC will send all return packages through regular post so If you are in india wait for 1.5/2 months depends on locations in india.. it will take 2.5 months also if you are in remote place.... and depends on indiapost... :'( :'(

i have already emailed them on 9 aug just waiting for there reply...
my email-id is correct, I check my emails in every 2 or 3 hours and there is no mail from cic in my junk or inbox.
whenever i put my UCI number on ivr it says we have received ur file on 23 may.
then the call gets connected to agent.
