When do you suggest new passport details should be sent to the VO? Is it after we get our PER or AOR?

I have submitted passport with old details and without my spouse name in it....So have to get the details updated.
Same is the case with Bharat, that why I told him to go ahead with the changes.
P.S. I haven't received any communication from VO, still waiting for it.

Your fee is not encashed but you got an UCI? I thought UCI will only be available after fee encash.....

Anyone could explain the processing flow of this?
