Dear frnds.........................please suggest for which date I should book my flight tikets for CANADA, actually today I received my PER mail, so I'm plnning to book tickets now to avoid last minute hassle.. ;D ;D ;D

File received(NOC 2132) at CIO - 28th may
DD charged - 12th August
PER mail - 19th August
I'll kill my consultant as he forwarded such a precious mail today, after a long time of two days. :'( 8) ;D

Before applying to FSW 2013, i have never wanted to get rid of such amount of money (1100 CAD) so eagerly..!!

Hello Friends,

I am in this forum...I am planning to apply for Canada FSW. But I am confisued one point about my job category, which will be best for me. I have 10 years experience where 2.5 years under 0211 category and rest of all 2147. With 6+ years experience I got (personally calculated) 69 points. If I apply under 0211, will they count full points for experience as I have 10 years, or I need to apply under 2147 to claim full points. Worry as 2147 is very close to fill up. Please not my details as below -

Age= 32+
Education= B.Sc.Eng (EEE)
Experience= 10 years (0211, 2147) Telecom Managers, Wireless Network Engineer
IELTS= L7.5, R7.5, W6, S7

Looking to your advice.

I think its too late to apply for FSW-2013... better apply next year till then collect all ur required documents.

It is not too late for both NOCs he is planning to apply.

Hi Admin,

In the excel we are maintaining(Applications received by NOC tab),we have assumed that

The Quota updated on CIC site = Forum NOC charged.

I Read the below post on the blog. As per below post, the application is considered in quota on initial receipt and evaluation.This step is quiet a few days before the NOC is charged.So a persons application may already be in quota, even though his NOC is not yet charged !

Should the excel be
The Quota updated on CIC site = Forum Apps received till that monday.

???


If thats the case, if your NOC is not charged as yet for 2174 and 1112 but have submitted the applications in June and July, there is still some hope ..

Any comments / views on this ?




Process on a previous post :
If it is determined that... the application meets the requirements
pursuant to R10, including the application
kit requirements in place at the time of
application receipt proceed to assess the application against
ministerial instructions (Section 9) - cap is calculated
IF the application does not meet the
requirements pursuant to R10, including
the application kit requirements in place at
the time of application receipt
return the application to the applicant as
incomplete.
The CIO will record in GCMS () that an
application was received and returned to the
applicant, and will take no further action unless
a complete application, as outlined above, is
made.

If the application... meets all the criteria of applicable
Ministerial Instructions
will make a final positive determination of
eligibility for processing andut the application into process and inform the
applicant (Section 9.1); () and
proceed with assessing the application against
minimum requirements (Section 10).

At this point you would have been charged, cap is adjusted if you did not pass this process , hense explains the -1 update

My calculations are going along with CIC updates except that they are multiple of 4 for NOC 2132. Proved once again Cool Cool Cool Cool

Spreadsheet members................3 charged.............CIC charged 12 members (Till May 17th CC/DD charges)

Spreadsheet members................11 charged.............CIC charged 45 members (Till May 24th CC/DD charges)



CIC Update on 19/08/2013
Spreadsheet members................13 charged.............CIC charged 52 members (Till May 27th CC/DD charges)



Again it shows spreadsheet numbers is a multiple of 4 for 2132.




Where are the remaining 75% members hiding?Huh Shocked We are having only 25% members for NOC 2132 in our Spreadsheet. I request the remaining members to join the forum and post their details and contribute to 75%. Cheers!!!

25% is a big achievement!!! Initially we were thinking about 3%, then 6% and then when the CIC's cap updates began, we realised that it was much more.
