The Federal Skilled Trades Program, which opened on January 2, has already some applicants landing after seven and a half months. Perhaps FSWP will have some early birds landing next January or February too ;D.

Hi Maria,you applied from UAE..have you been put up your case herself or via any consultant? Could you give me the information abt it as well as i found v less ppl from UAE as applicant on this forum.
This time CIC will process within a year as per my resident cosin in toronto to expedite a canadian industry.

I asked for your NOC to know if you were applying under any of the hot NOCs. I don't think omitting that field would cause as much problem. Also, if your mode of payment is DD, it may take sometime. But at this point you should not worry so much, I have seen some applicants receiving PER many days after most of the people having same application date.

Some of the applicant has either gone cold turkey or has not actually received any update from CIC. The names of the applicants are sorted from oldest to newest for the month of May. Oldest being "Jig nesh" whose application has reached on 8th of May 2013 to "Samanis" whose application has reached on 28th 2013.

Update of my application. I do not have any official proof of the details I need to update the admins. I received this email from CIO based on my July 20 enquiry of my application. Less than a month to reply. I emailed them back already, of course another ages to get a reply from them. I did not manage to call CIC last friday, maybe today.

I want to officially receive my PER mail but I guess I can manage to get some information from the call centre.

Dear Madam:

Please be advised that an acknowledgement was sent via e-mail on August 12, 2013. Your file is currently awaiting transfer to the visa office in Manila.
