Some of the applicant has either gone cold turkey or has not actually received any update from CIC. The names of the applicants are sorted from oldest to newest for the month of May. Oldest being "Jig nesh" whose application has reached on 8th of May 2013 to "Samanis" whose application has reached on 28th 2013.

Update of my application. I do not have any official proof of the details I need to update the admins. I received this email from CIO based on my July 20 enquiry of my application. Less than a month to reply. I emailed them back already, of course another ages to get a reply from them. I did not manage to call CIC last friday, maybe today.

I want to officially receive my PER mail but I guess I can manage to get some information from the call centre.

Dear Madam:

Please be advised that an acknowledgement was sent via e-mail on August 12, 2013. Your file is currently awaiting transfer to the visa office in Manila.

Don't quit yet.. Till you get a confirmation. Have you tried calling them?

i am 17 may applicant .....n i did not get any update......from cic......n ....i manage to get uci but it shows nothing.......now waiting for reply of email...which i hv sent 2days ago.....to cic.

Patelsaheb... I can completely understand (or maybe not) how frustrating it is to wait for an update from CIC.
I was contemplating why would my application take so long and one of the reasons that cropped up in my mind was the email addresses in the reference letters.
I sent an email to one of the 2 email addresses, and it bounced. The ex employer has apparently moved to a new service provider and the old email address is not valid anymore and the other email address is not monitored. Damn...
Do they send emails to verify the references? (In times of desperation, I ask a lot of stupid questions)
Anyway, looks like I will also have to wait endlessly.

I dont havve any updates regarding my application. My application reached on May 22 (2263 NOC). I tried many a times calling , but got no information. So obviously I dont want to post only congratulatory messages 10 times a day. My wishes are there for all in the forum and will surely update as soon as I get any info.

can any body give some thoughts......I am noc-2131-civil engg. as per latest update of noc ,34 positions are filled in the cap of 300....my application reached on july-29th. any chances for me to be in the cap of 300

if your stat show in process you must get PER mail
check your email address in your application and also check in your spam and junk mail folder

I called the call-center and i got my UCI and on ECAS my status is IN PROCESS.
