Guys I worked on the 2011 spreadsheet for few hours and found that all it took was an average of 8 months between FSW Application date and Visa issued in 2011 fswp by all VO and same is true for NDVO too.

Find my reworked excel file in the below link. Any comments or further analysis is welcomed.

If it is not crap please add it to existing spreadsheet for 2013 and + Rep me. I will remove this doc from web by next sunday. Download it for a proper view.

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3gw38LCTao-MWRKbEN6ajRKVGs/edit?usp=sharing

NOTE- Most of the empty cells in 'Visa' column in spreadsheet have got their Visa, but it was not updated. I just verified few of them by reading theire last few posts.

If this is true. It is good news :) :)! Inputs needed from excel masters and Admins

I am looking at the 2011 spreadsheet and see that for example user le_piafetta from Vienna visa office applied on August 31, 2011 and received her PR visa on February 28, 2012.

I know that official processing time on CIC website for PR applications at that time was around 12 months for Vienna visa office after they receive a complete application from CIO in Sydney.
Now it's 19 months for the same office and I hope that somehow it could be 12 months in reality.

Mr Amit,

Just for your information Lucy a 27 May 2013 applicant has received her PER & dd is encashed.
So Please do not spread wrong rumors that 1112 is not being charged after 24 May -2013
Please do not spread negative rumors.I have one of my friend whose application is charged for 28 May -2013 under 1112

So May last week & June first week applicants stand a chance.
Further keeping fingers crossed.

regards

Seniors, Please help clear my confusion... I am pre 2008 applicant. That application is in backlog. Still haven't got refund, but looks like it is still in process in cic records. I applied again this year under 2147 NOC. My question is:

Does cic entertain immigration application, even if a previous application is in process? Can cic reject an application which is filed this year, on this basis?

Please comment...

I am wondering if you are using File Immigration Number in your pre-2008 application to login? If you are already keen on your present application so it is better to apply for the cancellation of yoru old file application.

It is wonderful how much time good people spend fighting the devil.
If they would only expend the same amount of energy loving their fellow men, the devil would die in his own tracks of ennui.

Honestly I don't see why you bother about AOR. Once you receive your PER, it only takes 5 working days for your local VO to receive your files from CIC. It's not at all compulsory that your local VO must notify you. I only found at about mine after I mailed my local co and cic. You may get MR as the first line of communication from vo. Please stop worrying yourself.

In my case I think it maybe necessary. I have not supplied CIC with PCC, so I like to have an official confirmation from the VO that my file has reached them prior to sending my PCC.

I hope AOR will be received by NDVO in end of August. or at the most first week of September.

Dear members who have got PER and made a DD payment to CIC

Can any of the forum members who have made payment to CIC with a DD check with their respective Banks and confirm the date of DD presented or entries reconciled Date?

If they cross check the date of DD encashment in the PER mail and the date they receive from their Bank, we will get a clear picture if there is a Gap in number of days between Bank reporting and CIC reporting of DD encasements.

I know that all Banks across Globe might have different Policies and procedures towards DD clearing. But this might give us some trend of DD encashment.

Hope this helps
