hello geekaye, what is your ecas status now showing as you have got ur per already? is this showing " we have received your app....." only? Or is this showing " we have received ur appl." and " your appl has been forwarded to manila vo"?

Hi niknik, I was only able to check on the ecas when I got my PER because that's the only time I got my UCI. The status is still the same up to now, " In Process - We have received your application on May 15, 2013".

Pharmacists aren't present in the 2013 Occupation list, right ?

I'm a June 4 applicant from NOC 3211. I emailed CIO last July 20 regarding the status of my application and I received a reply this morning. It stated:

Your file is with our office and is awaiting completion of initial processing. You will be contacted in due course.

I really hope to get my CC charged soon and receive PER after. ;D

Hello guys,

I called up CIC today & got my UCI number at least. But it still says, "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided." Hopefully, they are still reviewing my documents. My DD expires on 28th August. Im kinda worried a bit now :-s

Also, while filling in the UCI number, is it of form the xxxx-xxxx or just xxxxxxxx? Those of you who already have been checking their ECAS statuses, plz help...

Dear Roya,

I notice u r the only forum member that goes for " YES " under the Job Offer column, I'm not counting the member who applied before 4th May, although it took about 20 days more for him ( 2132 applicants are "him", aren't they?) than his contemporary applicants to receive PER. That is to say CIC verifies job offers comprehensively to make sure of the authenticity and it takes more time, so no need to panic, I'd say u re safe..

On the other hand if worse case scenario ur app would be returned u can always resend it as u don't need to be worried about the cap cup...

BTW I assume u r using a friend's or relative's credit card, have u told them to inform the bank that u re expecting a charge from CIC? I've heard members here suggest people to do that for extra safety margin..

they cannot access my files so cannot even give my UCi number...

I am having the same feeling, but having said that we have just one 5/31 CC applicant from 2174 and four 6/3 on the spreadsheet. I am hoping we hear something from them.

I think they sent you PER on 12th..which for some reason you didn't receive. .
N my advice is.. Send them an email again and tell them you have not received your PER email and ask them to send it again to you

Thanks maina for your reply. I have checked my junk mail and there's no email from CIO. Thanks for your advice I will email them again.

After reading that email, I started to get nervous but at the same time happyyyyyyyyyyy but not official because of not receiving the PER mail. I wanted to know my UCI no. File no. Demand draft encashed date... everything.
