yes Maria..... I applied in 2009 as well and waited for 3 years when finally in 2012 they refused my case..... but did not loose hope and will keep on trying and trying...... unless they grant me Immigration...

is there anyone here who has got CC charge later than other similar applications in this forum at the same NOC and same date of receive?
I am a NOC 2131 May 27 applicant without CC charge or PER...
I am really worried :-[ maybe some thing is wrong with my application

Its too early to get worried. Take it easy, you will be getting ur cc charged soon....There are many people on this forum from the same date or even earlier who r waiting like u, sit back relax n keep checking ur phone for a sms from your bank. All the best, Canada is waiting for you..how would they not let people like you to be in

Hie everybody....I am from Nepal and I just received PER and am really happy. The problem is I am also going to China for 2 years of studies and have already stamped visa on Passport. Now I am really confused what should I do...As the Fsw processing will gonna take longer as my local visa office is New Delhi. How should I proceed further as I dont want to lose this China opportunity and Migrating to Canada is my life long dream. As I need to take my passport to China l, how can I send the passport to LVO when they ask it for? And how will my medical be done? Will it make wrong impression to Visa officer if I move to China for 2 years?
Please suggest me...I am in trouble...

Its absoultely OK to go to China to study. Obviously Canada will be more than happy to receive even more qualified person. You can make arrangement like visiting India for your medical and can request that you cant leave your passport in India as you have to be in China. There could be so many possibilities, you may take medical in your vacations. At this moment just enjoy that you have recieved PER and go to China, dont worry you will manage both together.
